A very nice place.
There aren't the usual pizzas on the menu. Refined and refined ingredients.
The prices are quite high (on average a pizza costs around €14/15)
The pizza is not Neapolitan but it is thin so if you like thicker dough, you won't find it here.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
The environment is very nice and the atmosphere is relaxing (pleasant background music allows you to chat peacefully)
Unfortunately we didn't like the dessert. A nice presentation but the taste was not what we expected. There was no ricotta but a cream that we found had little taste (it looked like cream).

Very good pizza, I tried 3 vegan ones and they were all perfect. The dough but also the quality ingredients made the difference. Even the calzone, the appetizers, and the desserts: all good with attention to detail. I have tasted the entire vegan menu.

Con la mia compagna abbiamo scoperto per caso questa pizzeria ed è già la seconda volta che ordiniamo d'asporto.
Pizze deliziose, particolari, leggere e veramente buone.
Anche i fritti sono TOP.
Posso dire che tra tutte le pizzerie che ho provato a Pomezia, e vi assicuro ne ho provate tante, Mercurio, a mio avviso, è la migliore.
Complimenti per la qualità, che giustamente si paga, e prossimamente verremo a mangiare in loco

Pizza with a burnt black edge, the bottom of the dough with burst bubbles (with a burnt edge) and everything sprinkled with burnt flour/ash. Of my pizza with nduja, onions, Etruscan peppers, and a cheese I don't remember, with every bite I was left with only the spiciness of the nduja and the bitterness of the burnt, I didn't feel anything else. I ate the first half out of hunger, the other quarter because I paid 16 euros for it, the remainder left over because I was bored and couldn't even taste the beer anymore which I drank just to clean my mouth without being able to enjoy it, a real waste for a very good 0.50 of €11 at the start of the meal. Never left over a pizza in my life. A real shame because from what I read behind the flours and the preparation of the dough there is research and commitment, the ingredients tasted alone were good, well presented and the varieties of pizzas very imaginative and appetizing.
The dough and/or its cooking ruined everything.
Ps. I didn't ask for a change because after the half hour of waiting I was hungry and in any case I noticed that most of the pizzas that came out had burnt black edges.
So if real Roman pizza is like this I apologize and eat it yourself.
Friendly waiters, service a little slow, very nice and well-kept environment
