The quality of the ingredients enhances the flavors of the pizzas, from the dough to the toppings. The prices are above average for "normal" pizzerias; this is largely offset by the truly high-quality products. The pizza's creation demonstrates the perfect balance between quality ingredients, cooking, and their use, which enhances the flavor. If I really had to find a flaw, perhaps the cover charge and bottled water prices should be reviewed. To conclude this wonderful experience, the atmosphere was very clean, well-kept, and welcoming. I will definitely be back.

Congratulations on the pizza, excellent dough, Roman-style!! The quality of the ingredients is beyond question, justifying the price, plus the flavor combinations are very well balanced!!! The place is very cute and very welcoming! The wait staff is excellent. Now for the negatives: the €2.50 cover charge is excessive and not justified by a cloth napkin. Water is €4, no way. A regular supplì is €3.50 and a traditional one is €5.50, but the portion size needs to be reviewed!!! Put a cushion on those chairs! 2 supplì - 3 pizzas - 2 waters = €71 Maybe I'll come back

Overall good. Good food, friendly service. Very polite waiter. The chef treated my son like he was his own...a little too much. Medium-high prices.

I had a really good pizza, accompanied by a special beer. The place was packed, and we had to wait for a table, but it was worth the wait!

Quality service—courteous, friendly, and always polite—and the quality of the ingredients result in a top-notch pizza, which more than justifies the slightly above-average prices of "normal" pizzerias. However, you might leave feeling full, but not satisfied with a truly high-quality product. The dough is top-notch, with the use of natural yeast evident, and it's baked to perfection. The care with which the pizzas are topped is even more perfect. All are excellent, but I found the puttanesca exceptional. Without the mozzarella, I appreciated all the flavors of the individual ingredients, especially the tomato sauce, and their combination: the confit with olives and anchovies creates balance and flavor. We'll be back to try the off-menu items, too.

Very good pizza but 53 euros for 3 takeaway pizzas and 2 supplì is too much

I'd been following this pizzeria on social media for months, and as a lover of Roman pizza, I was super curious to try it, given its layout and advertising on social media. Four of us arrived, plus my two-year-old daughter, and they first gave us a table set up in front of the large, comfortable oven. But the waiter immediately arrived and moved us to a corner, almost as if to punish us because the space was so small (something they don't show on social media). The chairs were low and uncomfortable, and my daughter had to sit on my mother's lap. We immediately pointed this out to the waitress, and she responded rudely and immediately blamed us. Shortly afterward, a young man who had vacated a table took her there and solved the problem. I'll keep it short: the food and pizza were really good quality, the service needs updating, and in our opinion, the prices were really above average. We paid for four of us because my daughter didn't eat. It was €130, a bit expensive considering the area and what we ate and drank (beer). I would have liked to give more, and I don't want to give less, since I also have a business, but I was disappointed. I hope next time will be better.
