Mercure Tirrenia Green Park In Pisa

I spent a few days there with a group of friends. We had a kettle in the room, but the tea and coffee weren't refilled, nor were the paper cups. Once, we left a note telling them not to come in, and to our surprise, they did. Although the staff was friendly, it was a huge disappointment that we had to leave the resort and collect our luggage from the lobby at 12:30, even though our flight wasn't until 10:15 PM. The pool had already closed, so we couldn't use it, even though we'd paid for it. We had to spend the day carrying suitcases, and I have a hidden disability, and it made my life very difficult. My advice for the future is to make this clear when booking, as it ruined the last day of our stay.

Have been in end of September. Quiet place, has beautiful garden. Regular breakfast. Close to the sea and local restaurant and shops ☀️

I expected more from a 4-star hotel. If we wanted to use a sun lounger on the beach, we had to pay €10 per day. Also, dinner at the restaurant was way too expensive at €35 without drinks. 🧐

I'm a frequent traveler and have stayed in many hotels, both in Italy and around the world. Always high-end, so I have fairly high standards. However, I must say this hotel is a welcoming place, with a beautifully landscaped garden and two large, well-maintained pools (the lifeguards were very attentive, especially Daniele, if I'm not mistaken). We stayed half-board. Breakfast was plentiful, both sweet and savory, and dinner was a buffet, from appetizers to main courses. It might be worth it. Of course, keep in mind it's a buffet, so only drinks are served at the table. The location? There's not much near the hotel, which is practically on the seafront (aside from a sort of open-air shopping mall), but there's plenty to do in the surrounding area. Pisa is less than half an hour away by car, and a few minutes or more will take you to Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi. The room—a junior suite—was kept reasonably well. I'd add more outlets near the beds and install a full-size bathtub door to prevent water from spilling out while showering. In short, don't expect any luxury, but I would go back. I didn't notice any children's entertainment or a dedicated children's area (aside from a tiny playground). Usually, the spas I've been to pay much more attention to children. And having a 6-year-old daughter, this is very important to us ☺️

Good hotel, dated but clean and good, restaurant with lots of choice and variety at breakfast and dinner.

It's a tourist village designed primarily for international guests. Overall, it's nice, surrounded by greenery. The indoor pools and bar are lovely. It's a shame it's located in the middle of nowhere, among abandoned buildings, near the port. However, there's a small outdoor shopping center with a supermarket, shops, and a bar across the street. The room was very spacious for four people, even with a walk-in closet; the bathroom, with a bathtub, was a bit dated. The breakfast was very generous, a buffet with both sweet and savory options. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Attentive, friendly, and very helpful staff. Fantastic facility, excellent breakfast and dinner. No flaws!!! A vacation to repeat!!!

Better for families with kids. - No extra facility like gym or other activities. Good swimming pool. - Varied staff service generally, locals are prioritized. - Weared down rooms, floors, bathrooms, but large and with aircondition. - Bad singer/music in the bar, poor entertainment. - Low value food from the bar, frozen pizza.
