Mercure Tirrenia Green Park In Pisa

The location is good because it's only a 5-10 minute walk to the sea. But doing anything is impossible because the town is dead. There's nothing to see there. The surrounding area isn't very nice either.

I booked the hotel but didn't sleep there because our dog was too big, weighing over 10 kg. I received a written apology and am waiting for the refund, as stated in the email. I don't want to report on the incident here except to say that if you need help, ask for Lorenzo, the receptionist. He was very helpful, took action, and reacted immediately. Thanks so much, Lorenzo. In swimming pool need go with swimming cap. This I see in first time!!! In world all of Hotels go basein with out cap.

We were only there for one night and the complex itself is very nice, close to the beach and with the pools really pleasant. However, everything could use a bit of TLC and what I didn't like were the rooms. The smell drove me crazy and the mold in the toilet didn't help; everything was pretty worn out and really not worthy of 4 stars. After I complained, I was told that someone would be sent over to remove it and asked if we could wait that long or just leave because the smell of the mold killer was very strong. I then asked for a new room, which was a bit better but basically the same. It was fine for one night, but I probably wouldn't choose it again. I should add that we had a Double Deluxe Room and I don't want to know what the standard room looks like.

Good hotel with good rooms, good breakfast, and good service

Very nice location. 5 minutes to the sea, away from the hustle and bustle of Marina Pisa. Beautiful garden. Overall clean, but a little refreshing would be nice. Remember that 4 stars is not a sign of whether something is new or old, but of the hotel's amenities. And this one has them all 😊 nice service. I was there off-season, so I don't know what's going on here when it's fully booked. Quiet.
