I had dinner with a friend from La Spezia who lives in Bolzano in this typical South Tyrolean restaurant. There is a very pleasant South Tyrolean atmosphere: we were practically the only non-German speaking guests. We had a delicious trio of dumplings accompanied by a superb Lagrein. At the end of the meal we were spoiled with a delicious Kaiserschmarrn. Honest price and welcoming restaurateur who proudly told us that his family has run this beautiful restaurant for three generations. Toll, first, ausgezeichnet! Fabrizio Dellepiane

Excellent business lunches, menu of the day with a choice of 3 first courses and 3 second courses, plus an opening salad. Very honest price, fast and impeccable service, generous portions. A guarantee. Advised.

One of the best steaks I've had! We were staying in Bolzano for a night and our hotel was nearby so we dropped by to have a dinner and remained absolutely delighted. The atmosphere, the service, the food - everything was perfect. Can't recommend it enough.

Rustic outdoor restaurant, the tables are positioned under the vines, predominantly typical Tyrolean food. If you have no pretensions to refinement and elegance, it is an excellent place to spend an evening with friends and eat excellent grilled meat cooked instantly on the open kitchen block located in the center of the courtyard. Prices slightly above average.

Restaurant Ustaria Posta

18/12/2024: I became aware of the Ustaria Posta restaurant through Igor's YouTube videos. My reservation was immediately confirmed by email. We received a friendly welcome from the service and were served attentively. As a starter we ordered a portion of spinach ravioli with parmesan cheese and melted butter. The Parmesan cheese went perfectly with the ravioli. A pleasure! For the main course we ordered onion roast beef and the hamburger in Ladin rye bread. It was so delicious! I liked it so much that I ordered a table for myself and my family for New Year's Day.
05/11/2024: Frequento la Val Badia ed in particolare Corvara dal 1986; ad agosto di quest'anno, dopo un assenza che risaliva soltanto al gennaio 2023, ho trovato 3 dei miei ristoranti abitualmente frequentati chiusi (uno addirittura per carenza di personale....!!! Baahhh) ed 1 decisamente impazzito a causa dei prezzi lievitati, che inducono a fuggire a gambe levate soltanto alla lettura del menù. Mi sono pertanto recato a cena nei paesi limitrofi e mi sono imbattuto in questo hotel/ristorante, che propone una cucina del territorio con eccellente materia prima, servizio cortese e puntuale (accetta prenotazioni) a prezzi corretti per quanto offerto. Squisita pasta e fagioli, tagliata, canederli.. Ancora di salvezza rispetto ai prezzi ormai drogati della valle. Tornerò.
