Mendelhof In Bolzano

04/01/2025: After 10 years of coming to Trentino both in winter and summer, the Kabis hotel was a great pleasant surprise, we arrived without great expectations but we had already seen from the photos that the location and view were excellent. This hotel has a history, it is not the classic hotel. You can breathe the history of these mountains, with a little attention you just need to look around the hotel and notice many details that the manager deliberately wanted to leave in memory. The room, the service, and even the food were excellent, the chef respects the tradition of the area without too many frills, but with substance. The breakfast is varied and plentiful. The information point is next to the hotel and the bus stop less than a minute's walk away. There are many paths to do even in winter and they are well equipped with toboggan runs. I would like to make a particularly positive note to the owner Konrhad who amazed us with his humanity and kindness, which we don't always find when we go to Trentino. We will definitely return.
