The pastry shop is excellent! The coffee is also of excellent quality, and the staff are friendly and do their best to manage the place as best as possible! There must be a reason if it's always full 😊 We had 2 coffees, a cannoli, a cream puff and a fruit tart and we paid only €6.50! Prices more than fair It's worth it. One of the few good coffee shops in Avezzano

I only had 1 coffee, it seems like Bourbon quality. Outdoor tables too. Good.

One of the places of my heart, in summer it is full of flowers, is close to the municipal villa. The food is very good, the desserts are delicious!!!

02/01/2025: We went for lunch, I can't review the rooms. Excellent online booking service, good welcome. Clean and complete bathroom. We ate outside, and with the heating mushroom it was doable. The food was excellent: sheep parmesan, cacio&ova pallotte, legume soup and kebabs. Good wine. A couple of notes: since the outside tables are in the shade in winter, blankets could be provided for guests. The price could be a little more competitive.
21/10/2024: Simple but suggestive structure, all in stone, with independent entrance located 15 meters from the reception/restaurant. We slept very well and waking up above the clouds was really nice for us who come from the chaos of the city. And then the restaurant.... Excellent dinner. I really liked the cheese and egg balls, the fried pecorino and the gnocchi. All in a small and welcoming place that also has tables outside. For breakfast we were served a spectacular apple pie, the best I have ever eaten. What to say? Highly recommended! Congratulations to Federico for the management and to the cook, a girl whose name (sorry!) I don't remember but I remember perfectly the goodness of her dishes.

Il Rifugio del Cavaliere

08/09/2024: We stayed this summer in this place with great attention to detail! We ate à la carte (super courteous in serving us dishes outside the menu), everything was delicious and it was clear that everything was fresh and of high quality! The swimming pool, like the rest of the residence, is clear, clean, top! Attentive, qualified, kind, helpful and friendly staff. We went there by chance, for a swim in the pool and a relaxing day, we found ourselves with some more friends, our super happy children, and a fixed destination! We will definitely return, and the owner (a lovely person) has promised us something new from next year..! 🔝
21/08/2024: Trovato per caso spulciando in rete cercando una piscina nella quale recarmi con mia moglie e la nostra bimba di 7 mesi nelle vicinanze di Roccaraso. Solo una ventina di minuti d'auto e si arriva in questo posto speciale. Francesco, il titolare, napoletano verace come noi, è l'artefice di un posto che ci è rimasto nel cuore. Pulito, bello, ben organizzato e assolutamente ben gestito da lui e la moglie con cura, passione, gentilezza e professionalità. Costo lettino a persona e ombrellone assolutamente alla portata di tutti, gestiscono anche un pub all'interno e la cucina è molto buona e genuina. Siamo stati collocati in un "area baby" dove abbiamo conosciuto altri genitori di bimbi piccoli e siamo stati benissimo con una zona d'ombra più ampia rispetto a quella classica. La chicca sono i numerosissimi gonfiabili in piscina per persone di tutte le età. Ci torneremo di sicuro.
