Mejo ! "Cucina Romana" In Roma

A typical Roman home-style restaurant with excellent quality and prices. I often come here for lunch and have always had a great time! The on-site parking is a plus not to be underestimated in Rome. All the staff are excellent, as is the owner, who is very knowledgeable and friendly. I recently recommended the restaurant to my guests, and I've received very positive reviews. Arguably the best pasta, and oxtail’s sauce in Rome.

We wanted to eat Roman food and found the perfect place. The pasta is exceptional: cacio e pepe, gricia (my favorite), amatriciana, and alla vaccinara. We had to return twice to try them all. Unique location inside a local market. Affordable prices. Don't look for fancy restaurants; if you want authentic Roman cuisine, come here.

The photo isn’t the best, but everything else was amazing! The food was incredible, the service was top-notch, and the music was great. It was a really enjoyable experience. I’d give it a 10 if I could!
