The best carbonara pasta we ate in Rome, and everything feels very homemade. The staff is also very friendly.

We ate here on our last day in Rome and it left a very good taste in our mouths. It's a small place with homemade food, all with great flavor and a very good price. The tiramisu was delicious too!

We returned to “MEJO” after the summer break and David delighted us once again with his delicious dishes, naturally assisted by his expert staff.

This place is the real deal. Open kitchen, very local. Great tasting food - most authentic as you can get. Very affordable too!

So if you want to eat truly delicious carbonara, you should definitely stop by here. The tiramisu was also incredibly delicious; in my opinion, it's one of the best I've ever had. A cute little place where you can relax and unwind on a weekend evening.

Very good food thanks to a small selection! It's served in a small cardboard bowl, but that's precisely what adds to the atmosphere. A very cozy atmosphere and extremely friendly staff. A definite recommendation!

Our favorite spot in Rome! We ate in countless places in search of the carbonara that an Italian friend once served us, using a traditional recipe. Every restaurant disappointed us with the taste or quality. This place changed everything! Perfectly cooked pasta, fresh ingredients, crispy but not hard guanciale, perfectly salty, wonderfully peppery, fatty, and full of flavor! We regret that we only stumbled upon this place on our last day in Rome. The owner is a delightful man who pours his heart and memories into this place. Don't expect gold cutlery and crystal glasses here—expect the true quintessence of Italian culinary mastery, an atmosphere, and the hospitality of a true Italian. And dessert? Want tiramisu like your grandmother's? Yellow from the eggs, not white from the cream? Then you have to find this place! It's wonderful. I'll remember this experience for a long time.
