I found the trusted Ayce sushi in Turin. The dinner menu is very detailed, there are some special dishes of which you can only take one, but they are truly valuable. Fast service, but just right without pelting the table with dishes. The place is small, but this is precisely its strong point: the staff does not get lost in the thousands of orders, the kitchen is not a nigiri factory. Precisely because it is small, it is advisable to book. Last gem: the lunch menu (as usually happens) is a little simpler than the evening one, but has the particularity of having lemon sorbet included in the price!

Ci andiamo tutte le settimane da anni e mi rendo conto solo ora di non aver mai fatto una recensione a quello che è secondo me senza dubbio il miglior AYCE Sushi di Torino. Il menù è vastissimo, il pesce freschissimo, le combinazioni azzeccatissime e alcuni piatti (quelli ordinabili una sola volta a testa, o una volta a coppia) sono veramente delle perle rare. Anche l'estetica del servizio - in particolare del sashimi per due - è molto particolare e bella. Il personale di sala è rapidissimo, per nulla invadente o fastidiosi (non aspettatevi quei mostri che vi dicono cose come "Avete avanzato troppo cibo" se lasciate due maki e un pezzo di cono, per intenderci). Il cibo arriva un po' tutto insieme ma loro fanno di tutto per aiutarvi a farcelo stare comodamente sul tavolo. Davvero, disgraziatamente ho "tradito" per andare qualche volta in altri AYCE ma non si possono nemmeno paragonare a MeiShi. Prometto di non farlo più :D
