Medieval Bistrot In Conversano

I generally like Medieval, but I went back for the last time after a year's absence and had an unpleasant surprise: the meat isn't the same anymore :( The meat schnitzel used to be a real piece of meat... now it's a store-bought thing made of meat assembled in layers. Come on guys, you can't get ahead by lowering the quality of the products!! The extra star is for the service and the aesthetics of the place. PS: Tartare lovers: don't order it! They make it with ground beef, not hand-minced meat.
