A lovely place in the heart of Santa Caterina where, honestly, I ate one of the best pizzas in the area—truly excellent! Finally, a pizza where the flavor of the tomato and the dough stand out, with its excellent flavor and long leavening, making it very digestible. The burger with side dishes is also excellent. The only flaw I can't help but mention is the disorganized, completely disconnected wait staff; the tables don't have numbers, and the waiters are in a panic. The place is quite noisy due to the uncivilized customers; otherwise, you can sit on the main street or in the dining room. The place also has a bar for a drink or whatever you like. La Baritonessa.

We've been here more than once and everything is delicious, both the sandwiches and the pizza. The service is impeccable, and the pizza chef is incredibly kind and friendly. I highly recommend it.

A nice place in the center of the village of Santa Caterina di Nardò. I had an excellent sandwich. The staff was friendly and the price was average.

If you're looking for a serious burger, you've come to the right place! The menu ranges from meat to pizza, and even hamburgers. Artisan bread, top-notch meat, and most importantly, they're incredibly filling! The sandwiches are served with fries. We also had the horse meatballs, which were very tasty.

Everything was good, the staff was super friendly! Two smash burgers were a little too salty, but everything else was perfect.

The restaurant is good. I must say we went two nights in the same week because the burgers are delicious and they also sell cuts of meat (I had BBQ ribs). The servers are fast, and the burgers arrive very quickly.

Basterebbe poco..Ho provato in questo locale l'entrecôte di Angus accompagnata dalla salsa chimichurri. La salsa era fresca e davvero buona, e anche il sapore della carne era ottimo. Purtroppo, il pezzo che mi è capitato era pieno di tessuto connettivo (collagene) che, vista la cottura al sangue, non ha avuto modo di sciogliersi. Il risultato è stato un taglio gommoso e difficile da masticare, con molti filamenti che rendevano l’esperienza poco piacevole. Ho chiesto spiegazioni e mi è stato risposto: “È così il taglio”. Ora, capisco che ogni pezzo possa variare, ma mangio spesso questo tipo di carne e non mi era mai capitato un taglio così sgradevole. Infatti, ho dovuto lasciarne metà nel piatto. Capisco che possa capitare, ma è stata la risposta ricevuta a lasciarmi più deluso del piatto stesso. Peccato, perché il posto avrebbe del potenziale, ma dopo questa esperienza ho deciso che non tornerò.

Esta fue una comida cara.
