For lovers of the wood-fired oven, they should make a stop in this place to be able to convert to the electric one Excellent pizza, healthy dough and good seasoning, whatever you choose. On the other hand, the owner, a skilled pizza chef, is of great school...congratulations 👍 To be recommended

One of the best pizzerias in Putignano, the only pizzeria that has remained true to itself, well-deserved awards, retro place, excellent pizzas, enchanting to observe the mastery in turning the pizzas as tradition dictates. Also excellent for takeaway. Fast service. Always satisfied.

24/01/2025: Spartan place in pure old school trattoria style which I personally adore. The staff is very kind, welcoming and attentive. Good quality cuisine both for what concerns the traditional cuisine of Bari and for fish, despite the limited number of dishes, but as they say "few but good". The focaccia from Bari and the olives served to the customer as a welcome appetizer are excellent. Choice of strictly Apulian wines for every palate. I haven't tried the pizza yet but taking into account the focaccia it can only be excellent. The classic Bari panzerotti and especially the battered fried artichokes are also very good. Prices more than fair as far as I'm concerned. Strongly recommended to spend a nice evening with friends and enjoy the fantastic Apulian cuisine.
