Simply excellent experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with kindness, friendliness, and great professionalism. The staff was impeccable and completely impartial, despite our "young" age (21-22) compared to the quality of the restaurant—a detail that was far from expected and truly appreciated. The display of meat cuts was a wonderful idea. Excellent attention to detail, too, like the sterilized towels in the bathroom. The quality of the service and products was simply excellent: everything was carefully prepared, the flavors extraordinary, and the timing perfect. 5/5☆ well deserved. We'll definitely be back!

I was particularly impressed by the attention to intolerances and allergies, and by the fact that they served several types of warm gluten-free bread. The meat (sliced ​​heifer steak) was good, but I hope to return and try other cuts. The vegetable side dish was generous and tasty. The prices aren't cheap, but I'd say they're adequate for the culinary selection and the staff's expertise.

I tried a T-bone and a tartare: both were perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor, further enhanced by being cooked in a Josper Spanish charcoal oven, which imparts a unique flavor.
