One of the best steaks I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot 😂). Paired with puglian primitivo, in an amazing small italian town atmosphere, if you are in proximity and love meat this is a must go! The meat was so tender - I knew it was game on after first bite. The lack of pictures prove that the meals were excellent! Will come back again. Tbone (800g) was around 60€

High-end restaurant with quality table service, TV in the room that shows the kitchen, friendliness. In my opinion, there is also a lot of scene, specifically I'll give a practical example: At the start of the service the cutlery is placed on a plate that keeps it suspended and never touches the table. They are placed with tongs so as not to touch them. Well, fantastic! But why then do you say it's all scene? Well, simple. Between one course and another, for a change of plate, or change of knife, the waiters touch cutlery or glasses with their hands, ruining everything done before. Apart from these little things (we're talking about a cover charge of €5) very high quality meat with special dishes that are difficult to find elsewhere. It is certainly an experience to do for meat lovers.

It's not just a simple Steak House, it's an experience. Impeccable service, all the guys are attentive and scrupulous. They describe dishes and ingredients with very high level preparation. I lived for some time between Florence and Prato and I always struggled to find a place that treated meat well here, where fish reigns supreme. We ate an excellent Finnish sashi, excellently prepared, perfectly cooked, every bite always brought out a new flavour. Obviously, the tartare with gorgonzola cream and the welcome entree must also be mentioned, which was a pleasant surprise. I'm a little sorry I didn't come earlier, but it's not easy to find a place on the weekend. I've known Matteo since school, he's really doing a great job! Great respect for having had the courage and resourcefulness to carry out such a project! See you soon!

A very welcoming and well-kept place. Variety on the menu, interesting and really excellent meats. Well-stocked cellar with various references. Attentive and professional service. Definitely recommended to those who, like me, love "fat".

A weekend in Racale, a dinner at this steakhouse and a journey through flavors that I can't forget! From the moment I entered, I was welcomed by a kind and very prepared staff, they recommended me from the wine to the cut of meat to the dessert. Not the usual advice, but based on my and my partner's tastes. The meat is of excellent quality, you can smell it immediately and the sublime taste! I had the opportunity and pleasure of tasting the path of oils that were accompanied by the various courses. I was nothing short of amazed and enthusiastic to taste for the first time a bitter accompanied by a very good oil recommended by them. This steak house deserves 5 stars on all fronts! We will definitely be back!
