Personally I had difficulty placing an order in the app, I thank ❤️ Florinda, a girl from the staff for dedicating some of her time to me, explaining the different steps clearly and for changing an item that accidentally fell on the floor. A nice place to spend some time with your children. I gave 1 star to the service because tonight, 25 July 2024, after having spent 63 euros, I asked the cashier if they could give me two balloons, perhaps worth 2 cents, for my grandchildren aged 5 and 1 and the girl in charge gave me replied that those balloons are only for parties. I am disconcerted by the company policy adopted and the lack of initiative on the part of the employee. I have no words I'm really pissed off. I hope that many people read this message, especially someone from McDonald's with whom I am willing to have a discussion and from whom I expect an apology.

Too many people who do not know the respect of those who work and those who want to eat with their children while remaining seated without having anything on their trays. Never again because of those who frequent it.

If there were 55 stars, I would give 55 stars. Because there really is no place like Mc Donald's. It's huge inside, it has a pick-up area, its own park, bar, playground for babies, toilets are clean and unencrypted, what more could you ask for? Oh, and for our foreign friends, there is Italian fried rice in the snack section here, friends, it is an amazing taste. I love mc donald's dear
