It would be 5 stars if every 3 x 2 didn't get the orders wrong, we would need more attention even if the place and the MC drive are full

Mac Donald's has always been of lower quality than other fast food restaurants! Convenient though for the mac drive service, plus the staff is very friendly!!!

05-30-2023 You might be wondering why we're coming back... a really good question... a few minutes ago we asked to pay at McDrive for 4 milkshakes, 1 banana, 1 chocolate and 2 vanilla... Nothing too complicated, this time too they made a mistake by giving us one strawberry instead of chocolate. When I went back with the car and entered the restaurant, I made the first person I see read what was written on the receipt and she immediately said "ah, I didn't prepare them..." she changed my milkshake without even apologies... 14-03-2023. Today we asked for the promotion with a double menu and 3 milkshakes. Well today they forgot the drinks...I DON'T KNOW WHETHER TO LAUGH OR CRY but I ask myself a question.. doesn't the property read the reviews? Since I'm reading the others too, I'm not new to this... The situation has improved a little, but it depends on the time you order. Update 03-07-2023. Nothing to do there is no time in which we buy something and in which they don't do something wrong. Now I can't even justify the employees anymore, 3.30pm semi-deserted place Mac drive empty, order 4 milk shakes 1 chocolate 2 vanilla and 1 banana. well this time too they were good at making mistakes, once the straws are missing, they often forget parts of the order and I would have to go 10 km again to go back and pick up what they forgot? If you are not capable of doing your job, change it... INCOMPETENT STAFF, COLD FOOD, IF I HAD A BUSINESS I WOULD BE ASHAMED TO LOOK CUSTOMERS IN THE FACE What can I say, the food, if anything, is even worse than McDonald's standard. Often with takeaway food they get the orders wrong, or they forget something and you find out when you're home. The food is borderline edible, the meat then feels like it is not cooked at the moment but who knows when. We go there sometimes for the kids, but I can't recommend it. Not to mention the takeaway system, sometimes with the place empty a long line of cars forms outside for an exhausting wait. However, I am criticizing the system, I understand the people who work inside it and even if with some exceptions I can't say anything negative. Whoever manages the place should review the quality standards. I hope that my criticisms will be taken into consideration as an incentive to improve the quality.

Il cibo e’ nella media per un Mac. Andrebbe però gestito meglio: pulizia così così, schermi che non vanno, sorprese per bambini non aggiornate come da pubblicità. Molto migliorabile.
