A place to go every now and then changing the routine of every day, ideal for children and teenagers, for us grandparents when you want to eat quickly and continue doing something else.

The atmosphere isn't due to the employees, but simply to the fact that it's a large gallery. A lot of noise and hustle and bustle.
The place is clean despite the high traffic.
We were well received even though we speak Italian with difficulty.
Very good coffee!! And very good coffee foam!

I've visited several McDonald's in various cities in Italy, and there's no difference between one and the other. The difference is notable compared to McDonald's abroad. The menu names aren't the main differences, but the food is cooked and presented differently! I like it, though.

I went to Mac during my lunch break from work, it was the last day of school and the place was particularly crowded with kids. Having to go back to work I turned to an employee, and explaining the situation I asked him about the waiting times. He understood my need, and did his best not to make me wait too long, he was really kind and professional I wanted to point it out his name is Davide
