I've visited several McDonald's in various cities in Italy, and there's no difference between one and the other. The difference is notable compared to McDonald's abroad. The menu names aren't the main differences, but the food is cooked and presented differently! I like it, though.

I went to Mac during my lunch break from work, it was the last day of school and the place was particularly crowded with kids. Having to go back to work I turned to an employee, and explaining the situation I asked him about the waiting times. He understood my need, and did his best not to make me wait too long, he was really kind and professional I wanted to point it out his name is Davide

Well functioning restaurant with short waits and friendly service. Being placed in a very crowded place such as a shopping center, it suffers from considerable crowding during the day. But the structure works very well and the quality of the food is guaranteed

27/05/2025: I had a problem with the payment by debit card at the cash register and I paid in cash but the payment by debit card that both I and the clerk thought had been cancelled due to technical problems was later charged to me so that in the end I had to pay twice for a menu. The manager replied that if in the following days she had not credited the money back to my account I could come back for assistance in this regard. After two weeks I went back and another manager welcomed me and I explained what had happened and with great kindness they let me use the menu that due to the technical problem I paid twice and I must say with great kindness and a nice way of treating the customer. I thank the employees of the McDonald's at the ferry terminal always very kind I have been going there for many years. Bye
