Super fast service, literally 40 seconds in, and everything was delicious. It's a shame that you have to pay for the bathroom and the receipt isn't valid.

The usual burgers prepared the usual way. Nothing fancy to expect from this McDonald's. The underground area offers many seats and tables which is convenient. You have to pay 1€ to access the toilets.

The branch appears very unkempt and poorly organized. The tables outside aren't cleaned at all after meals. They look dirty and unhygienic, but no one cares. Even an employee was standing outside and could have clearly seen it, but nothing was cleaned. The organization inside is also poor: The fans are positioned in such a way that when trash is brought past, it all flies onto the floor. Overall, the branch makes a very negative impression.

The place could have been better managed given the high attendance and the dirty tables left by me, who have always had poor civic education. The food is a 4 because it's still fast food. The service was quite fast despite the high attendance. I'd return and recommend it for a quick meal.

I frequented this place several years ago. I must say I was really pleased with the cleanliness and the courtesy of the staff. A true gem in Florence. It's definitely very chaotic, but the service is excellent. All orders are top-notch. The staff is helpful and friendly. Thank you.

As soon as I entered, I immediately left. It was so hot it was almost impossible to breathe! In August, a place can't go without air conditioning.

12/08/2025: Very good food, fairly large portions, and very fair prices. I really like the steamed ravioli, the rice noodles with shrimp and vegetables, and the spicy chicken (chicken with peppers and onions in a spicy sauce), dishes I order often. Be aware, however, that you can only pay by card for orders of €25 or more.
29/07/2025: It was an institution. Unfortunately, the fire destroyed not only its legendary furnishings but also its unique spirit. I hope they'll be able to restore it.
