We are in Florence, Italy and I feel ashamed to have visited McDonald's! But my daughter insisted we have breakfast from there. Having said that the coffee is from a proper barista machine and is very good and 1/3 the price of a café (tourist prices). Their selection is different and the filled croissants look like they're bakery style. I was compelled to have an egg and bacon McMuffin which was good but little difference to the UK. Not a sausage patty in sight. I'm not sure if I'd describe it as fast food but then I got the feeling it was all freshly cooked and they had decaf coffee. It got three stars as after all it is McDonald's not a gourmet experience.

Visited while traveling in Rome. The food did not taste the same as McDonald’s in the U.S.—it was noticeably different and not in a good way. On top of that, they charge for ketchup, which was surprising and felt a bit stingy. Not the experience I was hoping for from a familiar brand.

Fast and well organized service, we were here with about 140 students, nothing to complain about. Highly recommended

It's perfect for eating something at 4/5 in the morning after a night at the disco.

Excellent location, little queue

Like most McDonald's it was crowded, the food as always good. I have photo. But here compared to other McDonald's I waited a little longer despite the many people there.

The food is the same as in Poland - I was surprised that there are very few sets and rolls. There was also no iced coffee or sauces. Bathroom with extra charge
