The service is fast and efficient, but the dining area is very cramped and can get a bit uncomfortable. I recommend buying takeout to go.

My wife had already written a review a couple of days ago, and I wanted to leave one too: when you go somewhere and feel good, it's right to acknowledge it, especially when there are people as sensitive and caring as Alice. I won't recount everything she did, but I can say that my son, every time he passes by, wants to go in just to see if Alice is there. Even though it was crowded, she never turned her away and made time for us and for him. I hope that as my son grows up, he carries with him the empathy and kindness he received here. I wish him all the best for the future!

It's a great place to take a quick break. It's not too crowded, and there's a spacious basement. The staff's service is also excellent.

Kudos to Alice, who got lost playing with my son yesterday: she made him a balloon, gave him the Grinch maze, and let him choose a Grinch sticker, since she knew he liked it. She asked him where he wanted to stick it, and together, she stuck it on his jacket. Then they started talking and playing, and she even gave me a gift card for a free coffee. Thank you for making my son happy even outside of the restaurant. I'll definitely be happy to come back when Alice is there; besides having a lovely smile, she's also very kind! My compliments are truly wonderful: my son will have wonderful memories of this place thanks to Alice. I hope he reads this review and it makes him happy.

I come to this McDonald's often and always feel warmly welcomed. The woman, Alice, with her kind smile, always manages to put me and my child at ease: she gives him a balloon, coloring sheets, and makes him feel special. She was also truly thoughtful with me. Since I have allergies to certain ingredients, I have to be very careful, and she patiently and attentively showed me all the allergens and recommended the products best suited to my needs. Even though she told me they don't offer table service, she was kind enough to help me carry everything anyway. Such attentive and human service really makes a difference. I hope they continue like this: we will be happy to return!

I went to lunch yesterday for a quick sandwich. I ordered a crispy without sauce, but it arrived with the sauce. I went back to the counter and kindly asked for the replacement showing the receipt. I spoke to the manager, Keti, who didn’t speak English and called a very kind colleague to help me explain the procedure. It was probably a time of high turnout and a bit of general rush. In the end the sandwich was replaced and, despite the small inconvenience, overall I was fine. I still recommend the place.

Congratulations to the staff who greet customers, especially Alice, who was the only one who spoke Spanish. Unfortunately, we don't speak English. She was very kind and explained that our app wasn't working because we didn't have the points for Italy and because they had different sandwiches. She suggested we get a Big Mac meal, which was similar to what we wanted to order. To save money, she recommended we order a meal. She also gave our son a balloon, which made him happy and very quiet all evening. If I return from Florence, I will definitely go back to this location because of the warm welcome we received. The food wasn't great; the only downside was that the sandwich seemed stale, and the manager on duty seemed annoyed to be there. But otherwise, I will return. I was very well received.

It was a wonderful occasion to feast here, surpassing the alternative establishment; this locale is exceptional. The staff were incredibly gracious and obliging, particularly Ms. Karen, for aiding us, comprehending the menu, and suggesting destinations to explore in Florence.
