The staff is very good and patient, and they keep the tables and floors clean as customers leave. Everything else is a no-go. We had a McCrunchy® Chicken and two Filet-O-Fish® Deluxes. The bread isn't what they used to be: the rolls are soggy and small, and the price is very high for what you get. A terrible experience.

We have wonderful memories at this McDonald's. We used to celebrate our birthdays there as kids, and that's why we have a strong emotional bond.
The decor is the same as years ago. I love it.

I thank the girl who worked at the Mac drive-thru at 20:44 on November 3, 2025, McDonald's give her a bonus, almost no one does that in Italy, very polite, I recommend it!🤝

A classic McDonald's at the Castelfranco intersection. The parking lot isn't very large, and the exit to Caerano is a bit awkward. The interior is medium-sized. Clean restrooms. Friendly and punctual service.

The atmosphere is a bit dated, the premises need to be renovated, the staff are friendly, but they still bring the drinks to the table where in other McDonald's locations this is not the case. The staircase was equipped with a covered stair lift and looking like it is unused, in fact the wheelchair ramp is present.

The food is the same as at all McDonald's, but here you can't order and pay via an app or kiosk; you have to wait in line at the cash register. The staff is very friendly.

The atmosphere leaves a bit to be desired; the pendant lamps over the tables are an industrial remnant of "Paint Your Life." The only joy of this place is the usual time-saving, euro-saving food, which clogs your veins but provides you with a little good. Susanna was our heroine, blonde, with legs, lip liner, and a gorgeous smile. She served us and loved us with human warmth. She is the Lady Gaga of our Ritonda in Viareggio. The one and only Susanna who, like Bambola, does practically everything: fries, menus, ice cream, and the cash register; no colleagues, just a willingness to work and elbow grease. We love you, Susanna.

Everything was good and clean. The staff was welcoming and attentive. Service was prompt.
I gave it 4 stars because, compared to other Macs we've visited, it lacks a kiosk, cell phone charging stations, and recycling.
The bathrooms were clean and well-equipped.
Dogs are welcome.
