Small environment, without totem but welcoming

Always on time but today after I paid the food arrived and something was missing, I tried to call to let them know but they didn't answer

Unfortunately I have to advise the MC staff to wash their hands before touching the food... seeing as I found a human hair coming inside the MC sandwich packaging, thanks

Bathrooms accessible only upon request to the staff, despite this they are always dirty and without paper and anything else.

Greetings. I am a regular customer and today 17 September 2024 I came as usual to consume the usual menu and I found myself with this: 1. The sandwich which was incomplete 2. The portion of "rich" chips which was half the usual portion and which lacked a special wooden "fork" More than anything, mine is a warning for greater attention to customer service. For the rest it is an impeccable place and the quality of the food is excellent

In the old style. You order and the person puts the meal on a tray. Back to the 2000s in Poland. No ordering machines, no English-speaking staff.
