Mcdonald's In Roma

I'm giving the service and atmosphere 2 stars, which is even too much, because the lady who served me rushed me to check my order because there were so many people, not giving me a chance to see the mistake she made since I ordered one type of fries and the order contained another and I was able to realize it only once I got home.

I celebrated my children's birthday, and I have to thank all the staff for their kindness, helpfulness, and patience (with both children and adults). It's rare to find workers like you. Thank you so much. Luigina

Typical McDonald's, very well-kept in its MC nature, excellently clean parking, large exterior with children's games, the entrance is a bit dangerous as it intersects with the McDonald's drive-through and it's not clear which lane to use. The service is not fast food, 4 sandwiches for a quarter of an hour is not fast, it's normal (and I lived in New York for years so I know what I'm talking about), in fact the maligned Italian sandwich maker is faster. If the McDonald's brothers knew this, they would immediately fire all the managers (this is not an invitation, it's a joke!!) It's certainly not the fault of the serving staff, who are kind and never sit still, the problem is that they are few and very busy, poor things. Very clean bathrooms!! Anyway, I will be back, positive review.

One of the few McDrive restaurants in Rome open late, it has a large parking lot where you can stop to eat in your car.

I went to this MC for the first time on Sunday for lunch with a friend and her 8-year-old children. I don't usually eat at Mc's, but I have to say I was quite satisfied. They have a wide selection, even for those who don't like the classic stuffed sandwich. The outdoor area is equipped with games, making it a real pleasure for the kids. The wait was reasonable despite the crowds, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Recommended.
