Mcdonald's In Roma

We all know fast-food restaurants. Once in a while is fine.

Perfect and hot food. Fast service, the manager goes around continuously helping those in need. Clean environment, excellent air conditioning, perfect.

Neat and clean environment, the staff is friendly and affable. The food preparation times are quite quick and the ordering methods are easy. The cleanliness of the tables and chairs could be done a little more.

What can I say... An MC different from the others, starting from the parking (it feels like parking in the neighbour's villa) and ending with the location which, for being in the Romanina area, isn't bad.

The entire structure is excellent and made especially for children, there are entertainment games, the staff is very friendly and helpful, you will go there very willingly.

Like all McDonald's, when there's a casino it's a casino! 😀 very very clean and very competent staff

I placed a home order via Glovo...and immediately canceled due to incorrect delivery time.....I'm still waiting for the refund...this is the 5th time I've asked Glovo...Glovo is trying to get in touch with them but they don't answer! SERIOUSNESS -0 ...response received from Glovo..their company policy does not provide refunds.......I went to the mc in person and they very kindly gave me the menu that I had cancelled!

I don't give 5 stars for only one reason, the food is always excellent, the service too, always precise and never any problems, but unfortunately the air conditioning is really too high, not only on summer evenings which is also fine , but I arrived one evening in April and I froze so much that the next day I was sick, I would have preferred to eat outside, but it was cold outside too and it was raining. This is the only flaw of this McDonald's. Perhaps the car park is a little small, but with the comings and goings of people, the place is easy to find. The fact that there is the MC drive is convenient.

Always full and I love it even more since they put food pick-up in the car park. You order it from the car and they bring it directly to you without even having to queue. Excellent invention, congratulations
