Among the McDs around, this outlet is well-organized; the food arrives fresh and crispy. Better than other fast food restaurants in the city, where the staff obviously hasn't received adequate training.

Honestly, the problem isn't the food, but the service. In fact, every time we go, they forget something. Today at MC Drive-Thru, they didn't put water or spoons (for the ice cream) and they made a mistake with a sandwich.

For me, everything's fine, and I go there very often with my kids, spending a lot of money, but I really hope they lower the price of chicken wings (the only thing I eat), which at €2.50 should be more than fine. Otherwise, I'll go across the street, it makes little difference to me... a word to the wise... 😉😘

Great place. Our order was drive-thru. There was only one window open, which made everything a bit slow. Great service.

Everything was hot. It was brought to the table. It just took a little while considering it wasn't busy. The cheese fries are delicious, but the ham or bacon isn't so tasty.

There's no need to write a review of McDonald's; we all know them well. Instead, I wanted to highlight the guy named Giacomo among all the staff. I've never seen anyone work there with such dedication and attention. I was very impressed and hope he gets a promotion.

An elegant yet relaxed atmosphere, always smiling and attentive staff, and fresh, high-quality products. Perfect for starting your day or enjoying a pleasant break in the heart of Sassari. A place that exudes positive energy and where you'll always want to return.
13/01/2026: Very comfortable place. In nice weather, you can dine outside under a large awning overlooking the square (Garibaldi Hemicycle). Otherwise, you can sit at the counter or at one of the many indoor tables on two levels. I usually opt for coffee, which is always very good and creamy. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

26/02/2026: The pizza and sandwiches were delicious, and the service was excellent and friendly. We're a couple in our 40s. This is a must-try in Sassari for good food. If we're ever in the area again, we'd definitely go back. I highly recommend it!
