Furthermore, the frequent confusion and incorrect orders, combined with the general chaos, mean that this location is, in my opinion, the least organized of the chain's restaurants I've visited. The atmosphere is unfortunately penalized by excessive confusion. During peak times, the noise level becomes excessive, making it difficult to communicate and taking away any sense of relaxation during the meal. This is a particularly disturbing factor, especially for those seeking a quick but quiet break. Conclusion: Three stars reflect a compromise: the affordable price and standardized product save it, but the combination of slow service, disorganized staff, and high noise levels negatively impact the overall experience. If you decide to visit, it's best to do so at less crowded times.
