McDonald's In Firenze

Despite the impertinence of some customers, it must be said that the wait times were reasonable and the food, etc., met expectations. My compliments: keep up the good work!! Merry Christmas!!

Very friendly people, I was satisfied with their help and guidance.

Great place to visit for a quick bite A+ Food was fresh, quick, and tasty. Can get very busy with tourists at times and therefore few places to sit and eat. Cleaner is always in the eating area which is a good thing because he is constantly keeping things clean and hygienic. There is no parking obviously for general public as it is a McDonald’s internally within the station itself. They keep up with the festivities and staff also know english if that is a concern. Staff are generally nice but you won’t get star service you get general customer service from people just doing their job.

There's an electronic ordering screen and a dine-in area. There's a paid restroom next to the McDonald's counter. I used all of these while waiting for my ride this morning, and they were all fairly clean and convenient. One thing to note is that McDonald's uses a human queue system, and it's in Italian. Having an electronic screen displaying the number would likely reduce communication costs.

McDonald's is very close to the station, making it ideal if you want a quick bite to eat. Friendly staff and lightning-fast service. You can always find a seat, even during peak hours. Recommended.

It's full after 8 o'clock, but there's plenty of room before then. You can't order McCoffee in the morning, but the McMuffin Bacon Egg is delicious in the morning.
