Mac's food. The environment isn't very clean, and the children's toys aren't fully functional.

Although small, in my opinion, it's one of the best-run McDonald's in the Verona area. Service is extremely fast, especially at the MC Drive-Thru. I've never had problems with cold or undercooked food, as I've had at other locations in the chain.

I always find the staff kind, nice and helpful.

I think that, given the multiple tasks assigned to the staff, they always show a modicum of courtesy. This evening, for example, he seemed angry and impatient, but I challenge anyone to stand at the cash register and take orders at the same time. McDonald's needs to change strategy. I forgot, at Dirive they handed me glasses; not even a bag for the three drinks, just for the sandwiches.

I recently ate at a McDonald's and conveniently ordered via the app, which I find very convenient for avoiding lines and customizing my order in advance. Once I arrived, however, I noticed that the place was quite crowded, likely due to peak hours. This caused a slight delay in the delivery of my order, even though it had already been placed. The wait was a little longer than usual, but the staff was still friendly and committed to managing the constant flow of customers. The place was clean and well-maintained, with tables being set regularly. I appreciated the digital kiosks and the ability to track my order directly from the app. Overall, it was a functional lunch break, although slightly slowed down by the large crowd. McDonald's remains a reliable choice for a quick and unpretentious meal, especially when you're short on time. It may not be a memorable dining experience, but for convenience and accessibility, it still serves its purpose.

Classic Mac. Very popular especially during lunch break.

The food is still fast food but in San Giovanni Lupatoto it is cooked quite well, the only annoyance is the biblical times they have to serve in the "bar" part, in my opinion they need a permanent person who takes care of that part only.

There's no gluten-free menu; either you buy the small sandwich for €5.10 or you don't eat anything savory. For company, I ordered ice cream.

The waitresses were very kind...the bill was a bit expensive at the end of the order compared to the offers, and I'm celiac, the sandwich was good but very expensive.
