McDonald's In Bologna

Great McDonald's! We treated ourselves to a McFlurry. It was absolutely delicious!

Two floors with outdoor tables. It's located near Piazza Maggiore and is easy to get to. The decor is modern and not casual. There are plenty of employees, and the service is typical of the world's largest fast food chain. So come on in!

One of the best Mc Donald's I've ever had. The cheddar and bacon fries are amazing, with just the right amount of ingredients. Much richer than many other Mc Donald's.

I don't usually write reviews, but my friend and I were so impressed by Stefano's kindness that we had to mention it. The entire staff was generally friendly, but a special mention goes to him ❤️

Decent food, but no option to order at the screens. Some staff accept coupon codes while others don’t, and Beatriz in particular was very unfriendly. Orders are prepared in front of you without a number system, which feels inefficient. Without coupons it’s quite expensive and not very fast, though the rest of the staff is nice. The place is clean, with plenty of seating upstairs, but sometimes the music is way too loud.

The best MC in Bologna, right in the city center. Super fast and classic MC food. Outdoor seating available.

It's convenient! It is fast food, but tastes more like actual food vs the mc Donald's in America. It's perfectly located near the city center and piazza of Bologna. So if you're lost in travels or just weary its an easy stop. The staff are super awesome, most are bilingual and are so very helpful. I appreciated their kindness! Especially for it being a very hot and busy day they were all firednly and very upbeat. There is seating both i side (two floors) and outside. And a bathroom on the 2nd floor, your re kept has a dialysis bathroom code on it or its just €1 use. It's clean too so that's a bonus It not fancy but its good and the staff are kind.

The food is like your local McDonald's standard, 10 years out of date. There are no ordering kiosks, no table service, and they don't accept app offers.

A McDonald's stuck in the 90s of the last century. There's nothing to say about the food (it's the same as all the other McDonald's). The staff are kind and helpful, but the service lacks a coffee shop and a dessert section, as well as touch ordering systems and the possibility of taking advantage of offers via the app. The atmosphere is the same as it was 30 years ago.
