I've been going to this McDonald's for years, and over the past month, I've noticed a huge improvement in the service. At first, it was obvious there were some new staff members who were a bit awkward, but as the weeks went by, the change was noticeable: they're now much more confident, faster, and kinder. You can tell there's been a real training effort behind it, and as a regular customer, I really appreciate it. The restaurant is always clean, the breakfast bar is well-stocked, and the products are as good as ever. In a time when prices are rising everywhere, I can still get breakfast or a quick break here without spending a fortune. I keep coming back: it's an increasingly pleasant experience.
