McDonald's In Lainate

Unfortunately, I'm having to revise my rating; I often find myself with poorly washed trays and cutlery. Lately, there have been incidents of cash registers and POS machines being blocked, making it impossible to pay. At certain times, staffing is truly limited for customer flow, and queues form, especially in the morning.

The staff are very friendly and fast. I think it's great that they have ice cream with pistachio cream in Italy.

I go there very often for breakfast in the morning and sometimes for lunch, and I can assure you that the entire staff is always very kind and welcoming. And despite the constant turnover of people, the staff always tries to keep the place as visually clean and tidy as possible.
