I visited the McDonald's in Campobasso at a time of high attendance, and I must say that the service was surprisingly quick. Despite the large number of customers, the order was prepared in more than acceptable times.
Regarding food, however, the experience was mixed. The burger from the “My Selection” line was discreet, with a good balance of flavors and higher quality ingredients compared to the classic sandwiches of the chain. Decidedly disappointing, however, were the piadinas and mixed salads, which were poorly taken care of both in the freshness of the ingredients and in the presentation, one of which was also mistakenly prepared with ingredients other than those requested.
The location of the restaurant is good, easily accessible, with a fair amount of parking available, as well as the McDrive service and ordering from the App.
