McDonald's In Lucca

Great for quick and cheap lunches

Good food, cleanliness is standard. Only a few tables near the windows are cold, making it difficult for people to get their food.

Nice interior, quite spacious, and friendly staff. The only downside is the parking lot is ALWAYS FULL, even though there are few customers inside! Unfortunately, it's used as a public parking lot.

They have a drive away facility and parking avaliable. It next to the highway exit and the entrance of Lucca. So good place to have a meal after a long drive.

Very crowded, but overall the service wasn't bad despite the chaos.

McDonald's is average, but a bit chaotic, especially during peak hours. The food is good and hot, but the service is sometimes slow and disorganized. The place is clean but often crowded, making it ideal for a quick meal only.

The floor is very slippery both outside due to the humidity and inside due to high traffic. It's very dangerous for those who use crutches to walk. Otherwise, it's within the brand's target market.

After a long, fascinating and intriguing evening, feeling hungry, my friends and I decided to venture to the nearest MC. As soon as we arrived, we immediately noticed the themed decorations, original for the Lucca Comics, which will soon be coming up, and above all, handmade (always unfinished) with chalk? Which is very appreciable. Furthermore, despite the late hour, the service was fast and punctual, still bringing good, hot food... unfortunately, there was a flaw: one of the group, overcome by nostalgia for his childhood in Russia, decided to buy some baby carrots (single). Once we got in the car, he couldn't wait until he got home and began happily devouring his carrots... unfortunately, he noticed the small number inside. 3 carrots... something completely unacceptable in our opinion, and it definitely ruined his happiness. We hope that future carrot buyers will be able to find 4, or maybe even 5 given the one missing from our package.

Very clean with free bathrooms! Just remember, it’s McDonald’s. In McDonald’s terms it’s great, but overall quality is lacking. I feel like if the played into the American-ness (ie, free refills) it would be more fun to visit.

Food was cold and dry. Service was slow znd dead. Manager was pushy.
