They helped get me a gluten free burger before that menu was open very helpful, specifically Mr michealangelo was great help

Being at Rome's train station, there are a lot of people! The girl who served me was very kind and told me what I liked! The burger with fries was delicious!

I'm just writing to point out the absurdity: there is no bathroom. Something I've never seen in any McDonald's store in the world. I'd like to know why.

I don't understand the bad reviews about this place. We visited today (June 30, 2025) to get some nuggets for my daughters before taking the train to the airport, and they served us well. The place was clean, even though it was quite busy. We placed our order at the vending machine and picked it up at the counter in about 10 minutes. The nuggets were very good and cooked well.
