The McCafe on the top floor 5 stars was there several times 👍. Bottom floor where the meals are served would of give it 2 stars slow service and rude staff, Translation was abit difficult as most of the young staff don't understand English that made it abit difficult

The staff is very fast, welcoming, and knowledgeable. McDonald's is conveniently located at the Sant'Agnese Annibaliano Metro exit; it's clean and has plenty of seating, especially on the S1 level, so it's difficult to stay standing. There are discount cards for loyal customers, and all the girls at the bar are knowledgeable and friendly, and Mariam and Raiza's sweet smiles are a great way to start your day. Recommended.
