McDonald's In Roma

The place is aesthetically beautiful, but it's chaotic. Every day they have a different problem that forces you to stop eating there. For example: "We're out of 9-pack chicken boxes" or... "We have too many backorders, come back in 30 minutes"—unthinkable for a high-end restaurant.

Excellent, when you need a quick lunch, courtesy and speed

Friendly staff. Good food and easy location. Highly recommend for a quick but tasty, informal meal with friends, colleagues on a lunch break, or to keep the kids happy.

Fulvia is always very nice and kind 😘 the best coffee... a regular stop every morning... top cappuccino and coffee, always attentive and kind staff. Well done 💪

Simply the same as all McDonald's

The rooms are very spacious, but the very strong air conditioning makes it hard to enjoy lunch. I can't wait to leave. They should create areas without air conditioning.

This place is located in the Roma Est shopping center. The food is the usual McDonald's, but what really stands out is the kindness of the staff. We chose the option that allows you to be served at your table by displaying a number that you collect when you order. The girl who brought our tray was incredibly kind. When I went to get ice cream, she didn't make me wait in line. She was so sweet.
