McDonald's In Ravenna

Like every McDonald's, only small and crowded.

Unfortunately, our visit was not satisfactory. We had to wait a very long time, the floor in the dining area was quite dirty, and the ice cream machine was broken again. To top it all off, the cappuccino was already cold by the time we finally received it. The only positive aspect was that the staff were clearly trying their best, but they simply couldn't keep up. There's definitely room for improvement.

The quality/price ratio is good, in the evening the area is a bit too right-handed

Good for a quick bite, but sometimes delivery errors occur, so it's best to check if you're ordering elsewhere. Otherwise, I found the product to be good, but it often depends on who's packaging it at the time.

Nicola is the best crew of all, we're coming back just for him. Extremely kind and helpful.

Best McDonald's I've ever had! The bun was full of sauce, and they even mixed the McFlurry. 5/5

Sometimes crowded even though it has been renovated, the space they have is smaller than other larger McDonald's, but impeccable service, good food, always a good experience.
