McDonald's In Bergamo

The 220V outlets aren't working. The restroom was already closed at 9:00 PM. The second one is under repair.

It is a typical McDonald’s in Bergamo. It offers sufficient seating space, which is a clear positive side.

Clean, monitored by internal security, just a little complicated to use the bathrooms. There are barriers and you can access either with a receipt or a €1.00 fee. I gave up because they wouldn't take my receipt, and I find it absurd to pay for a physical need. I understand that these days there are more rude people than decent people, and this is evident in the way they use the services, but then (and that wasn't the case for me), if there's no longer even free access to the restrooms 🚻 of the businesses that are required by law to guarantee them... let's not complain if people are increasingly urinating and defecating on the streets. I hate to be so blunt, but that's my opinion. Otherwise, EXCELLENT MANAGEMENT, compared to other places I frequent.

Classic McDonald's, like anywhere else. Possibility to order at the counter or in a self-service kiosk. Payment by card is a matter of course. On the second floor there are more places to sit and there is also a toilet.

It's a McDonald's, Not the best or the worst. Typically more expensive than regular store. Very poor speed of service and regularly got orders wrong while I was waiting.

Very good food, the food arrived instantly and they are very kind and the natural environment

Great environment with very friendly staff.

The staff is really kind and helpful, the only downside is the paid bathrooms with doors that don't close and open by themselves, they're dirty and the towels are broken.

There's nothing to complain about in terms of food; everything is up to McDonald's standards, and the place is clean. But the problem comes when it comes to serving customers. Very slow, very disorganized, and above all, rude (only a few, obviously). I go there almost every week and nothing has ever changed. Always lines at all hours and little customer service, especially since it's in a central, busy area. All in all, it's an acceptable experience.

Very strange McDonald's. Dirty inside, very dirty bathrooms. No kiosk for self-ordering. After placing an order at the cash register, you don't get a number, just a wait for the order to be issued. Large groups of young black men hang out around the premises.
