Congratulations to the girl who served us on Wednesday, December 10th, at 1:20 PM. She saw my girlfriend with teary eyes, who seemed to be in distress, and with sweetness and delicacy, she stopped to ask her if everything was okay. In reality, my girlfriend was simply excited, but the employee couldn't have known that and made a simple, very human gesture that was greatly appreciated by us. It's not at all a given. Congratulations to the staff. Well done.

The usual MC quality, but it's a shame about the milkshake size this time. I don't know if it's the only place to choose to half-fill the cups, but it's definitely the first time it's happened, and it's not exactly a good calling card.

Daniele was very kind, professional, and helpful, despite the time we showed up (2:40 a.m.). Chiara, the girl at the cashier, was also really friendly. Kudos to Caste's night staff and thank you for the pleasant service. ☺️🫶🏼

30/04/2025: Venerdì 25 aprile per colazione in due persone alle ore 9,00 nella veranda esterna. Mentre il bancone delle paste risulta essere molto invitante e ti spinge all’acquisto non è per niente invitante la vetrina in un angolo delle briosche che poi risultano anche di uno scarso sapore e poi mi chiedo il perché non abbiano le briosche vegane visto il posto in cui ci troviamo. La ragazza che ci prende l’ordinazione come quella alla cassa non sprigionano di certo simpatia e nemmeno un sorriso, per fortuna il ragazzo che ci porta l’ordine è l’opposto. Dopo tanti anni una bella ristrutturazione della veranda esterna non guasterebbe.
31/03/2025: Abbiamo anche visto il maestro dal vivo! Pasticceria buona e bella alla vista, i prezzi sono come quelli di una normale pasticceria di Milano, per cui essendo eccelsa va bene!
