Good place by MC Donald's standards

The girls are excellent, helpful, kind, smiling, empathetic, and always ready to help. It's wonderful to find such a pleasant environment.

McDonald is McDonald the same thing every time.

It eats me up like all MCs. It's just in a place with parking difficulties.

Nothing particularly bad about McDonald's: we're all familiar with the food and service. I must say, however, that it's perhaps the only one in Italy without adequate parking or sufficient space. Often, you're forced to look for a spot elsewhere, nearby. This should also be taken seriously for safety reasons: many park illegally on the street in front, limiting visibility and narrowing the lane for passers-by, including emergency vehicles that frequently pass by.

Dynamic atmosphere with good, friendly and polite staff. Giovanna served me, always smiling and very polite.

This McDonald's is located in a major Sicilian city, next to a road that I think is a highway, and while it has a very convenient location, I'd also say the restaurant is inspiring. The food was good, but there were some imperfections, like the Coke bottle filled with ice, which altered the taste, and the lack of straws. I'll even tell you what happened, so you can understand and get an idea: Well, my sister went to get straws for my family, and they only gave her one because they're "for kids only." When I go there for straws, they told me they were "take-away only." I'd appreciate more attention, which is why I took away one star for the food and two for the service. Regarding the environment, I removed two stars because of the filth. Here's a photo that's sufficient: a small fork and a piece of bacon on the floor... well... then there were also napkins and shoe prints on the floor, and a few tiny portions of food on the floor... disgusting... As a moral, I'd appreciate more attention to detail and cleaning that wasn't constant, but perhaps frequent...

Parking is insufficient and too narrow.
