McDonald's In Zumpano

I've been asked too many times to leave a review. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

I mean it's a McDo so everything served is as expected. But compared to the ones we have in Canada, I was impressed by the service and the cleanliness of the place. There is also a nice play area for the kids. The entrance location is a bit awkward if coming by foot from the nearby stores. Prices are typical McDo, expensive for what it is but convenient. Can also order via the touchscreens, a nice thing if you are not fluent in Italian :)

While acknowledging that the various McDonald's locations follow standardized procedures and offer a nearly uniform service, I feel it is appropriate to report some critical issues encountered at the Zumpano location. On several occasions, when ordering through the take-out service, I have received incomplete or incorrect orders. This is a problem that, personally, I have encountered exclusively at this store. The most recent episode dates back to a few days ago: I had ordered a portion of 6 spicy Chicken McNuggets, but I was delivered the classic ones. An error that, although it may seem insignificant, demonstrates a certain carelessness in the preparation of orders. I therefore invite the staff to pay greater attention to checking orders, especially when it comes to take-out orders, to avoid inconvenience to the customer and guarantee a service that lives up to the brand's standards.

There is little to say about the food, everything is always excellent. very friendly staff, fast service as always, clean and welcoming environment.

Every now and then I go there with my children. It's a nice place the staff is friendly the place is clean. There are games in the area in front of McDonald's for children.

The visit left the most pleasant feelings. The order was delivered quickly. The staff, young guys, were polite and courteous. Thank you.
