Missing food. This is the second time that something is missing from my takeout order, I pay attention and check it all the time now. For example, yesterday I ordered takeout and a portion of fries was missing. It's true that the place is always busy, but you should pay a little more attention. Tip: Always check your order.

Inefficient service, they made us wait a long time before the order was delivered even though the room was empty. We sat upstairs and while we were eating they asked us to come down even though access was free. Some of the waiters were very rude.

McDonald's doesn't need reviews, they either like it to death or they don't like it at all. The 5 stars go to the very friendly and welcoming staff, I needed to connect for almost two hours for a meeting and they very kindly recommended a "reserved" space, there weren't many people in the morning but their courtesy was not to be taken for granted at all, thank you!

Friendly and helpful staff... the restaurant is large... you can eat both outdoors and inside... it also has an upper floor...!!! ☺️

03/03/2025: Siamo tornati in questo bar ideale per pranzare quando si visitano le vie dello shopping a Roma. I tavolini sono piccoli e molto vicini. In 3 abbiamo preso un secondo, 2 contorni e un tramezzino. Con una birra piccola, una cola e un chinotto abbiamo speso 43 euro. Servizio veloce.
08/10/2024: Gran lugar para que la gente vea y repleto de lugareños y turistas tomando cafés, cócteles o helados. El servicio era difícil de atraer, pero esto nos convenía, ya que queríamos sentarnos! Si compras bebidas, parece que recibes una generosa porción de aceitunas y papas fritas de cortesía. Gelato para e 9 era bastante estándar de la ciénaga, los cafés eran buenos.
