Shocking, they brought me the food I ordered without napkins. I went to the cashier to ask for them and they told me they were out of them. I told them to check the stockroom. The answer was, WE'RE OUT OF THEM. A McDonald's from an international chain without napkins to wipe your mouth with. We're in Italy.
