McDonald's In Venezia

The blonde woman at the cash register (I think the manager or the owner) would do well to wear a hat instead of yelling at the employees just because they made a trivial mistake. Unfortunately, we all make mistakes, but her mistake is more serious, given that she wasn't wearing a hat and was touching the trays with the same hands she was handling the money with.

I'd like to understand why this McDonald's is so good—fast, accurate orders, and friendly staff—while that other one, a short distance from the shopping center, is a disaster.

Having returned after the last not positive experience regarding the food, I found improvements both in the food served hot and in the very clean place. Excellent service

A few days ago, I noticed an employee and wanted to leave a comment to let you know she's really good at what she does! I think her name is Aurora, from what I read on the tag on her shirt, and I have to say, I found her very kind and friendly. She was very busy cleaning the floor and tables, but despite it all, she did a fantastic job serving customers: always a smile on her face and an incredibly friendly attitude that not everyone has and therefore isn't a given! I've seen many customers happy after her service (I mean, when she carried the tray), and they've thanked her countless times. No big deal, I just wanted to let you know that I was truly pleased with your service, especially the person who provided it!

The food is Mc Donald's, without praise or infamy, fast and tasty as everyone should be. But the service is CLAMOROUS. Unparalleled customer service, even for the most demanding of eaters like me. Absolutely worth the drive to be a regular at lunchtime 😍 What can I say? Excellence. The best customer service of all of Venice Donald's. Can't put more than 5 stars, but these are Michelin ones 🤩
