Compared to other MCs in the Cagliari area, I find this one more stressful, with endless waits and tired staff 🥱. Some changes should be made.

The McDonald's at the Le Vele Shopping Center is a regular stop for me when I'm in the area for shopping or before going to the movies. Although it's always very busy, I have to say that the management is excellent and the experience is always positive. The location is strategic and very convenient, with ample parking (the mall's own parking lot). I really appreciate the digital kiosks at the entrance: there are plenty of them and they allow you to order at your leisure, customizing your sandwiches without the pressure of waiting in line at the checkout. Table service is a real convenience, especially when you're laden with groceries or with family. Despite the crowds, wait times are almost always reasonable, and the food arrives hot and well-packed, which isn't always a given in busy fast food restaurants. The fries are crispy, and the sandwiches meet the quality standards expected from the chain. The restaurant is spacious, and even though it's often busy, the staff works hard to keep the tables clean and clear them quickly. There's also a lovely outdoor area for nicer days.
