I stopped by during my trip to Lake Maggiore in the summer of 2025. McDonald's was crowded with people like a local attraction. I ordered a chicken burger and a double burger with table service. I was able to change the French fries in the set menu to a salad for free, which was very good. The size of the burger seemed to be a bit bigger than in Korea, so I felt full. There was a large parking lot nearby, so it was convenient to stop by while driving.

This McDonald's has the record for sandwiches made with the ass. Never once can you eat the sandwich without first opening it and putting the ingredients STRAIGHT and not that are half or completely outside the sandwich. Wake up.. For the rest of the staff (girl with glasses) if you ask for a menu they give you the large one without even asking you so you pay more. 90% of the time you order fries, they give you fries that have been there for a while (even just 10 minutes are enough for them to be soft, rubbery and inedible) and I always have to take them back and have them redone on the spot. I'm sorry but if you make them cost almost 5 euros for 10 fries at least I expect them to be nice and crunchy and EATABLE thanks. I give 3 stars only for a waiter who, after making me wait 20 minutes for my order because they forgot the wings, in the end to "apologize" brought me 2 packs of wings (so one free) and he was very nice and I appreciated it :)

I ordered a sandwich and I received two slices of bread with a hamburger the size of a coin, six nuggets, 4 nuggets, €14.... I could have eaten a pizza lady!

13/08/2025: A unique experience Among the best restaurants in Lesa, if not the best. The owner and staff are extremely kind, and the food is exquisite. The house appetizers are highly recommended.
06/08/2025: I don't usually write reviews. I frequent Hostaria La Speranza every month, and I felt it was my duty to mention this restaurant, where hospitality and cleanliness reign supreme. Fabrizia makes you feel at ease and pampers you with consistently excellent, top-quality food. I finally got to eat real Lake Maggiore perch in a perfect risotto. It's now a regular stop for me every month when I have guests and need to make a good impression. Thank you, and see you soon.
