The food is good and the atmosphere is nice and clean. The problem is always when you order from a drive-thru! Every time I've ordered from the dispenser, there's always something missing when it arrives! Whether it's one or two sauces, or small fries, or you ask for a drink without ice and then they put ice in it... I won't go back for 20 cents of sauce when I'd have to spend 4 euros on diesel. It would simply be simpler and more professional to put everything the customer asks for in the bag. It's even worse when, because of a couple of colleagues, the negative review is generalized to the entire staff, especially those who are not to blame.
