McDonald’s In Orte

A well-deserved five stars for the staff! Special thanks to Giulia: kind, helpful, and super professional in managing my and my team's orders. It's rare to find such precision and courtesy, congratulations!

Great welcome, very clean place

I took a few stars off because, unfortunately, being located at the Orte highway exit, there's a huge amount of people waiting. The space isn't very large, so finding a table for lunch and dinner is always a challenge. Parking? Very limited. So, it's best to arrive, get a takeaway, and eat in your car or somewhere outside, as it's physically difficult to find a table. For everything else, it's essentially a carbon copy of the countless McDonald's restaurants scattered around the area.

Slow service, friendly staff. Sometimes it seems dirty...

Good location near the motorway

Every time I come to the counter for a coffee, a dessert, or an ice cream, the wait is at least 15 minutes. Everyone stares at me, and no one serves me, even though the place is completely empty. There was a girl who looked at me without serving me. Once a colleague of hers arrived, asking if she was serving me, she replied, "I didn't even see her," despite her constant eye contact without even approaching.

The store manager is extremely kind, helpful, and attentive to customers, making any McDonald's service an A+! We felt welcomed and satisfied. Thank you!
