It's a McDonald's like all the others around Italy. It is located in the historic center, 2 steps from the Politeama theater. Clean place and the food we all know. Only note: I always notice that during the stay inside the restaurant there is always someone who complains about missing products, you order and then something is always missing when delivered to the table. Furthermore, I often notice a certain slowness in receiving the order, personally it has already happened to me 3 times, each time I have to go and ask after more than 20 minutes of waiting.

Excellent chain restaurant. Maybe it was because we were not too busy at a time but the rooms were clean and the bathrooms spotless. We didn't wait in line and it was the best decaffeinated cappuccino I had in Palermo.

This location is usually quite busy but the food quality is good as well as the cafe. Lots of seating and lots of self-service kiosks.

The McDonald's in Palermo center is located a stone's throw from the Politeama theater, the place has been renovated, modern and characterized by many screens to order everything you want. Friendly staff, a bit crowded place. The location has changed a couple of years ago.

Fixed stop at least once a week and even if there are a lot of people on the weekend you can eat or take away in a very short time. You can eat both inside and outside with the magical Politeama theater in front.
