McDonald's In Cagliari

Incapaci è dire poco. BigMac senza pane centrale e senza insalata, Mc chicken con MANZO invece del pollo. Patatine marroni da quanto erano cotte... rovinate il nome di una catena prestigiosa.

Fast food . But also always appreciated by adults and children. Cozy and clean. Fast and courteous staff.

Sono un cliente settimanale del ristorante. In genere è tutto ok, a volte le ordinazioni sono anche veloci, ma l'ultima volta che ci sono andato un vero disastro. Le macchinette per ordinare erano guaste/mancava la carta. E ci poteva anche stare, ho avvisato il personale ma ognuno replicava "lo abbiamo comunicato ai nostri colleghi, non è mia competenza". Ho aspettato 15 minuti buoni, non è arrivato nessuno. Ho ordinato nuovamente in un altra macchinetta a display, tutto ok, tranne l'aver perso le offerte attive nell altra macchinetta. E non funziona il contactess nel pos. Vado in cassa, ristorante pieno di gente ma con solo una cassa aperta. Volevo pagare ciò che avevo ordinato ma NON FUNZIONAVA IL POS, loro comunicavano che erano possibili problemi con il circuito VISA, ma non funzionava proprio il bancomat. Prima di ciò ho voluto provare a comprare un menu con i contanti e poi provare ad acquistare con il bancomat. Alla fine io infastidito dal disagio creato chiedo gentilmente se era possibile fare uno storno (ordine era stato fatto un minuto prima) per andare a mangiare in un altro Mcdonald's (Baccaredda). La cassiera in modo scontroso mi ha risposto che non era possibile fare un rimborso o storno dell'ordine perché le incasinanvo la contabilità. La situazione si è conclusa che mi ha subito fatto l'ordine (saltando tutta la fila) ma comunque non ho ricevuto lo storno dell'ordine. Mi dispiace per l'inconveniente ma preferisco andare in un altro Mcdonald's dove funziona il POS. Nel complesso è un buon locale, recentemente ristrutturato all'esterno.

Drive lane, very comfortable and fast. Initially I only wanted two donuts but I saw the photo of the tasty basket and I added it so I had a mixed tasting in addition to my usual filet o'fish. The staff is always kind. I'll gladly come back and every time it's always a pleasure 😋

Classic McDonald's located a few meters from the largest hospital in Cagliari

Four stars because compared to other McDonald's there is something that makes me perceive it as less welcoming than the others. For the rest, a very common McDonald's shop like many others. If you are someone who wants to eat in peace, don't go for lunch on weekdays because it is full of screaming teenagers and this irritates me a lot, personally. It turns out to be on the outskirts so the area is very quiet in general!

The Mc is known to be the fastfood par excellence, I found the staff to be kind and attentive to the cleanliness of the tables and stations. Internal and external parking.

Food ready quickly, staff always very friendly and quick. The only flaw is the games, my family and I have been going at least once a month for several years now and the games are always closed for maintenance. It would be nice to reopen them both for family evenings and also to celebrate birthdays.
