McDonald's In Bari

The food is OK but the menu is not complete. I ordered a double menu but it was missing fries.

Odd atmosphere. Food was fine but had to order and then queue at separate counters for drinks vs food. Your coffee was only made once you reached the front of the cafe queue - not made according to order priority

A classic downtown McDonald's. Although the staff was friendly and quick with their food preparation, we waited forever for our takeout order. I would make the signs for the upstairs bathrooms clearer, as it's hard to tell where the men's restroom is upstairs, and many customers are forced to ask for directions. Good food, as per franchise standards.

A cheeseburger costs €1.90, cheaper than in Romania. An expresso costs €1.00.

Service not attentive, I return home and see that in the happy mail I received, 2 Actimel paid €1 c.d. are missing...

Everything was excellent, we went during the lunch rush and the wait was less than 5 minutes from placing the order...very kind staff and excellent food.

A large space with ordering screens and air conditioning. Friendly service.

I've always loved McDonald's. I use the app for its many offers. I usually go to the nearest restaurant. I have to say, this isn't one of my favorites. Every time I go, I notice that the fries, for example, arrive cold. The sandwich is lukewarm. Then, for goodness sake, I eat without any problems. But I don't think I'll go back because I notice this every time. In short, you don't go to McDonald's every day, but when you do, you do it because you want to. It's a shame if you're not satisfied with the food. The cleanliness of the premises is always a bit sketchy, but this is a problem with all these restaurants around the world. I think McDonald's could focus more on cleanliness, perhaps even by informing its customers. For example, the one in Mungivacca is my favorite in Bari for many reasons, and I've never had a bad sandwich or menu.

I went late at night for a donut and a lemon tea. The donut was delicious, and the tea was the usual. Overall, everything was very good, 4 stars overall.
