The staff here is super friendly! The facilities were remodeled very recently and the place looks much better. The food being what it is, we already know it, it has not changed. I particularly highlight the friendly staff and the speed of attention and solvency in solving problems.

Incredible, a rather clean McDonald's with full breakfast (pancakes, egg McMuffin, scrambled eggs, squeezed orange juice) in Italy from 7 a.m. until 10:30 a.m., congratulations and well done 👏 Music a little too loud especially in the morning 📣🎵

The drink was hot, the burger and the chips were cold. I understand that you don't know the seasons but reverse the roles of hot and cold. And then don't ever throw away food, trust it, new food doesn't get wasted among people who suffer

one could say that the historic McDonald's in Turin, almost 20 years since I've known it, has changed positively over the years. I really spent many evenings, as a teenager and then as a mature man, let's say. for me it is the best McDonald's in Turin, the food is better than in other places and the atmosphere is calmer and more beautiful, then there is also the McCaffè which for this reason alone deserves an extra star. regarding cleanliness, I think it's normal, given that there are thousands of people every day, and anyway it's much cleaner than Piazza Statuto, the castle or the cranes! I recommend this McDonald's restaurant to everyone!!!

On the evening of Valentine's Day, I find myself eating at this McDonald's in via Livorno. It often happens, in various McDonald's, that you don't eat too hot. In this place, there is a fact that left me speechless. At the end of dinner, I go to the bathroom to wash my hands and a service girl comes behind me, who empties the container of leftover liquids into the sink of the customer bathroom; the biggest problem is that along with all the liquid there were also chips floating. It's unimaginable to see something like this, especially with customers in the bathroom!

One of the few Donalds to still appear clean and tidy.....they give too much space to young people, allowing them to do inappropriate things

Always very clean and with friendly staff. After the restyling it is also more spacious
