I often come here for coffee. It's a clean and pleasant place. If you can eat an entire meal without giving in to the uncontrollable urge to smash the faces of the maranza (which you'll inevitably encounter), then this is the place for you.

Mc Flarry was good but the guy gave me half a glass and I didn't like the service

Best Mc in Turin, always clean, even the bathrooms are always clean, they are fast even when there are lots of people and everything is always almost perfect, only once it happened to me to get chips with cheddar and bacon and have a really small amount of seasoning compared to usual but it is really the exception of the day, basically everything is always well-kept and good

A McDonald's like many others, the only flaw is the service. I ordered, in addition to the sandwich and snacks, Fanta on the rocks, which arrived without any, and the glass was half empty. Upon my request, they added a little more, but still, half the drink was missing. Same story with the ice cream (Flurry), a truly meager portion, very little ice cream and very little topping, something I haven't seen in many other McDonald's, where the portions were much larger. The place is fairly clean, although there is a lot of waste, such as napkins and crumbs, on the floor.

I'll start by saying that I always come to this McDonald's and have always had a pretty good experience. The service is often fast, too. The problem is that items are often missing from orders placed through the app. I've already used the app twice, ordering and paying in advance, and twice I've been missing 1 portion of fries. It can happen once, but twice. I'm starting to think it's not a coincidence. I don't think I'll use this service again. I used to do it for convenience, but honestly, getting home and finding things missing even though I paid for them is a bit annoying.

Good morning... I'll start by saying that I like the place and the staff, but there's one thing I won't tolerate... rudeness. I've witnessed two or three scenes involving an employee (I think she's a manager) towards other girls (still employees, but with different roles). So... we all work and we all make mistakes, including her... that doesn't justify her having to scold her colleagues in front of us customers. If you have to do it, do it politely in other places, or at least not in front of other people. I hope you change your attitude. Thanks

Very nice taste, cheap food because of vouchers. McDonald's has good stability and fast service.

I'd like to understand why, if I order with Glovo, the sauces are never included even though I order them. It's not optional to add them. With all the sauces I've ordered and never received, I could have made a menu today.

A Mac before shopping is a great thing, I've never had a bad experience, in fact maximum availability!
