In this McDonald's I noticed obvious difficulties in organizing the staff. I don't know if it was a matter of inexperience or a particularly chaotic day, but the efficiency left something to be desired. The real Achilles' heel remains the service: with a little more training and coordination we would be better off.

I often go there on my lunch break from work, McDonald's food is standard, very fast table service, clean and tidy.

The atmosphere is almost the same everywhere, the service was very friendly and competent. I had a double cheeseburger, which unfortunately wasn't what you're used to. That's why only 2 stars for the food, it was so slippery. Maybe because I was there just before closing time. 🤔

This McDonald's has some staffing problems. You can see with the naked eye that they have difficulty carrying out their work, perhaps it was their first day at work, I don't know. The quality of the food is always the same as in other McDonald's so that's a positive point The only thing to improve is service

McDonald's - Fiumara

06/06/2025: I went to Mac during my lunch break from work, it was the last day of school and the place was particularly crowded with kids. Having to go back to work I turned to an employee, and explaining the situation I asked him about the waiting times. He understood my need, and did his best not to make me wait too long, he was really kind and professional I wanted to point it out his name is Davide
10/03/2025: Well functioning restaurant with short waits and friendly service. Being placed in a very crowded place such as a shopping center, it suffers from considerable crowding during the day. But the structure works very well and the quality of the food is guaranteed
