I had a problem with the payment by debit card at the cash register and I paid in cash but the payment by debit card that both I and the clerk thought had been cancelled due to technical problems was later charged to me so that in the end I had to pay twice for a menu. The manager replied that if in the following days she had not credited the money back to my account I could come back for assistance in this regard. After two weeks I went back and another manager welcomed me and I explained what had happened and with great kindness they let me use the menu that due to the technical problem I paid twice and I must say with great kindness and a nice way of treating the customer. I thank the employees of the McDonald's at the ferry terminal always very kind I have been going there for many years. Bye
