The staff were exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. They walked me through the differences between their models, shared tips on maintenance, and even helped me select the perfect size for my kitchen. I appreciated that they didn’t push the most expensive item—instead, they listened and tailored their advice to my needs. I left with a beautifully packaged 3-cup Moka pot, and it brews espresso rich in flavor, exactly what I’d hoped for. Prices are fair for genuine Italian quality, and the store’s central location on Via del Corso makes it an easy stop while exploring the city.
