McDonald's In Asti

This morning I was passing by with a friend and my big dog. A girl served us, reading Federica's badge! To avoid making us wait standing (I pick up my order at the counter), she makes us sit and says she would bring it to our table. She brings the order and comes back with some water for my dog, without me asking! In love with my dog! At which I am amazed, never happened before! And I would like to say (I don't think I'm the only one) that those who love animals certainly have big hearts! We even exchanged a few words and I wasn't wrong, a kind, polite, loving and even nice girl 😂 I also noticed with other customers that she is ready and willing to help! Unfortunately, not everyone in there! A little less so with other colleagues, but oh well, let's overlook that. I sincerely hope you reward these willing people! I will definitely be back. P.S. not this morning, but other times the managers and others are laughing so hard that you can even hear them in the dining room! Thank you

I took a few minutes especially to write this review, today June 10th around 4pm I went here to the mc for a break and I found absolutely impeccable service. Above all (and this is why I felt like writing a nice review) I want to highlight a guy who served me at the table and first of all using the greeting and using the formal "lei" which is not a given today, very friendly and above all helpful. I also noticed with other customers. This is very important because it is often true that everything is criticized a lot, but when it is necessary to give compliments these should be highlighted. This was absolutely behavior worthy of a person who wants to work. I don't know the name and that is precisely why I wanted to mark the time because this must be an example for everyone. Surely this person could be on par with the best restaurants. Congratulations.

Let's say it goes a bit by the day, sometimes I happen to have kind and well-mannered people who know how to behave, and other rude ones, thinking as if I were doing them an injustice, no one forces you to work there, and I start from the assumption that I always behave with extreme kindness, the use of the paper bag with handle is sometimes optional, because if I drive you don't always have a drink holder, depending on the time, it varies, sometimes I get the menu just made nice and hot and crispy chips, others, sandwiches that maybe were there minutes and minutes before, so with slightly dry bread, for the rest considering what you pay I have never complained, compliments anyway to all the guys who keep the place going.

It's time to give the premises a "freshen up", entrance with a dangerous ramp, internal cleaning not at its best, toilets in a pitiful state... in short, not up to the standard of the MC brand

Today it seemed very strange to me, after having had a croissant and a coffee, having asked for a small glass of water and being told if you want we only have the bottles to buy. He's the first MC Donald to say that to me!!!!

Between him and the competition... always and only him, food, price and services and then I highly recommend it for children, they can play without risks. C.so Alessandria is terrible in everything, often in courtesy and especially in games for children that are always broken. We complain about children when there is no service for them
