McDonald's In Siracusa

Was hoping for more of italian twist but it was not there, not worth it.

Restaurant at the exit of Syracuse perfect for take away thanks to the fact that it has the Mc Drive option, I often go there after the sea for an ice cream espresso or a portion of chips and off you go

Quick and efficient and frosty air conditioning ;)

Even though I don't frequent McDonald's often, I gave it 4 stars so as not to give it all 5 stars. This place has potential for improvement, and I've known it for at least 20 years, so I would have been too biased! I've read many negative reviews, but I disagree. Every time I've been here over the years, I've encountered helpfulness, hospitality, courtesy, and kindness. Whether you want to swap a Happy Meal surprise or call the phone number to speak to someone, I may have been lucky, but I've often found the staff to be excellent! The atmosphere is certainly very chaotic, but in terms of cleanliness, it's a 10 compared to many other places. I walked in around 11:00 and saw everything polished to a mirror shine. Tables, floors, chairs, counters, and even the kitchens inside (I looked in), everything was super clean and tidy! I can say I was pleasantly impressed. Excellent food, freshly prepared, and no mistakes, even when they have a lot of customer requests. They're now as good as McDonald's here in Syracuse. The staff, I repeat, as organized as they are, works great! You can only improve. The cleanliness is also excellent! Regarding speed, it's true that sometimes the service takes a long time, but be human and don't look down on them. They work for you and have always delivered everything! Even if they're late. It happens. Thank you

This is the best McDonald's I've ever eaten in my life, I'm pleasantly shocked! It was delicious!

The ordering kiosks were crowded. After entering all sorts of information, the machine froze. So I had to start over. Once I ordered, the food arrived quickly. The Coca-Cola Zero didn't taste good. It was low on carbonation and syrupy. So, I threw away over half a litre.

Everything was perfect except the air conditioning was too strong inside.

Amazing service They made sure the disabled seat, occupied by the usual rude person, was made available. Thank you
