Oh well! What can I say, everything was perfect, just like almost every other place, but this one I noticed was a little more friendly from the staff. I was with my family for a quick lunch. We ordered, and a chicken sandwich arrived, while we had ordered the same one but with beef. We didn't say anything and started eating. Shortly after, one of the girls came to the table with the sandwich we had ordered. Even though we had already started eating the chicken one, she left us the one we had ordered as well... Congratulations and thanks again...

It's changed location, for those arriving a little earlier from Nocera. The layout is the typical one, but the parking lot is a bit small.

Last night I went to the drive thru with a friend and her boyfriend. We found it difficult to find the products we requested, but that wasn't the problem. In fact, the girl invited us to choose another offer. Once we had done that, we went to the cash register. I'm mortified by the fact that the guy in the car, when we got to the cash register, asked for different things from those previously ordered. Just to avoid having to queue for the drive thru again, even though the girl replaced the missing nuggets with a sandwich, he continued to shout in an offensive manner. Afterwards, she invited us to collect the order at the other counter. There, we spoke with a guy in a shirt who, in my opinion, would have agreed with us regardless. I apologize for the situation as a sales assistant. I put myself in the shoes of those who were working yesterday. I wouldn't like to be treated badly by a customer either.

Hello, this evening at the drive-thru, we witnessed an unpleasant incident involving a customer and an employee. Now, if you can't read English and ask for nachos (instead of nuggets), I don't think it's the employee's fault. He suggests the correct pronunciation by saying (perhaps you're referring to chicken nuggets? No, because we don't have nachos, since they're Mexican!) Despite his politeness and courtesy, the person in the car spoke rudely and arrogantly. It's true, we had a laugh after hearing the entire order. We don't even know what the word "respect for those who work" means. Kudos to those on the other side who continued to be polite. Sometimes you have to give credit to those who work in contact with this rudeness. It's not true that the customer is always right.

Thoughtful review, food quality and preparation are standard, where I focus is on the organization and cleanliness which, compared to other structures in the Agro Nocerino-Sarnese area, deserves a stop for a treat.

Nice place located in a great location

It was very nice to have an experience at the new McDonald's. It's a shame about the parking lot, which has gotten significantly smaller.
