Kind and friendly. Especially the security guy, who was really friendly, even to those who didn't deserve it.

Getting in by car is a bit chaotic. It's an environment designed for children and young people.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. A very famous sandwich that tasted like cardboard. Dry and burnt. Yet the place wasn't crowded, it was early. I waited a long time before trying it, but I'm sorry for the low rating. The recently renovated place is beautiful, comfortable, and also very clean. The people who work there are always very courteous and helpful. Obviously, you can have a bad night, but I was very disappointed. I'll be back to try another highly advertised specialty. So far, unfortunately, I'm very disappointed. The fries are good. The usual Happy Meal...

Compared to other McDonald's around Italy, I have to say I found great organization and efficient service here! The girl with braids at the cash register was friendly and approachable!

Those familiar with McDonald's will find it has the typical characteristics of any McDonald's. Always crowded. It's certainly highly appreciated for its prices and its excellent, fast, and courteous service. I don't like these products or this food, but that's just my personal opinion. My heartfelt compliments to the people who work there, they're truly talented people.

It's always crowded, I'm very sorry, but when people finish their drinks they have to leave, it's not a nightclub. There were 10 of us who had to drink before leaving for Germany, but we said it's better to meet another one later.
